Have you ever dreamed of having a photoshoot in the beautiful countryside of France? Well, that’s exactly what I did last month when I visited Provence with my lovely couple, Anna and Leo. They wanted to capture their love story in a romantic and natural setting, and I think we achieved that and more.
Provence is a region in southeastern France that is famous for its lavender fields, olive groves, vineyards, and charming villages. It’s also a popular destination for weddings and elopements, as it offers a variety of stunning locations and venues. We decided to explore some of the most scenic spots in Provence and take photos along the way.
We started our photoshoot in the morning at the Abbaye de Sénanque, a 12th-century monastery surrounded by lavender fields. The contrast between the stone walls and the purple flowers was amazing, and the light was perfect. Anna and Leo looked so happy and relaxed as they walked hand in hand among the fragrant plants.
Next, we drove to the Gorges du Verdon, a river canyon that is considered one of the most beautiful in Europe. The turquoise water and the steep cliffs created a dramatic backdrop for our photos. We stopped at a viewpoint and took some shots of the couple kissing and cuddling on the edge of the cliff. They were not afraid of heights and enjoyed the breathtaking view.
